'Cat lady' Jocelyn attacks boyfriend for using excess social media; arrested

New York: New York city socialite Jocelyn Wildenstein, 71, attacked her boyfriend, Lloyd Klein, a fashion designer, in a fit of rage for spending excess time on social media. Wildenstein has been accused of stabbing Klein with a pair of scissors and throwing candle wax at him.

Wildenstein has been prosecuted on charges of assault in second degree and causing injury with weapon, The Daily Mail reported.

Wildenstein had to be put inside the closet by Klein for her to calm down, even though she was not locked in, and could have come out if she wished to. She had called the police from the closet.

The duo have decided to end their 13-year-old relationship that had begun in 2003, following the tussle.

Wildenstein is known for her feline appearance which was brought on by the numerous plastic surgeries that she had, had.

Previously, Jocelyn was married to French billionaire Alec Wildenstein, for 21 years. The couple were divorced in 1999, for which Jocelyn received an alimony of $ 2.5 billion plus $ 100 million a year for 13 years.
