US nanny drags 4-yr-old with Down Syndrome across the room, sits on him

Washington: A Kentucky woman has been charged with second-degree criminal abuse after a video emerged, showing her abusing and sitting on a four-year-old boy with Down Syndrome.

According to a report in the Daily Mail, incident happened last week and the woman is believed to be the caretaker of the child, Luke.

The incident was recorded on a surveillance camera, installed in the house after the child’s mother Tiffany Fields noticed certain changes in the child’s behaviour.

In the video, Lillian D White, who has been serving as Luke’s nanny since June, is seen verbally abusing the child in addition to dragging him by his legs across the drawing room. In one still, she is also seen sitting on the child, who has heart defects and epilepsy.

“You little s**t, this is what we're doing to do — we're going to do it my way.

You're not going to kick me, because I'm sitting on top of you,” she is heard saying in the video.

Lillian challenged the charges against her but declined to comment further.
