Video: Toddler escapes death after being run over by unsuspecting mother

Brazil: A shocking video going viral on the internet shows a toddler cheat death after being run over by his unsuspecting mother’s car. The incident reportedly took place in northeast Brazil.

According to a report in the Mirror, Rita de Cassia Moreira, the little boy’s mother said, “God put his hand over my son’s head and made sure nothing bad happened to him. I thank the Lord he is okay. He’s not complaining about being in any pain.”

The 2-year-old escaped the horrific accident with just minor injuries to his head. He was rushed to a hospital after the incident where he was released after getting 6 stitches.

In the CCTV footage the excited toddler can be seen trotting up to the vehicle after seeing his mother arrive from work.

But his small size meant he could not be seen over the bumper and was invisible to his mother at the wheel.
