Argentina: Kid escapes death after getting onto tracks in front of oncoming train

Buenos Aires: A woman and her 10-year-old daughter narrowly escaped death after the woman helped her child climb down on the railway tracks in front of an oncoming train at a busy station in Argentina's Buenos Aires.

The video footage shows the woman helping her child get down onto the tracks, following which she herself attempts to climb down. However, she spots a speeding train coming towards them.

The woman immediately climbs back on the platform while her daughter does not get time time to climb back. The train then arrives at the platform and once it passes by, the crowd at the platform rushes to check on the kid, who miraculously survives the incident.

The child's mother had reportedly hoped to avoid paying the fair at the station by walking along the track, but failed to notice the speeding train.
