Watch: Man proposes to girlfriend 148 times and she doesn't even realise

How many times have you proposed the love of your life? We are sure your proposal story is nothing like this one.

Ray smith from Grimsby, United Kingdom proposed his girlfriend Claire Bramley for 148 days continuously. He would take selfies and photos with her, holding a note in his hand asking her to marry him but she never saw it.

He followed this ritual each and everyday for 6 months and she didn’t even get a hint of it.

Smith recently uploaded a video on YouTube that went viral and has received over 2. 7 million views.

Every slide in the video shows the date he clicked the picture along with his proposal note. Many pictures also have their family and friends in it, who are helping him with his proposal.

"I had no clue, I was totally oblivious to it all. He told me he was taking the pictures to create memories for the baby so I just let him get on with it, "Claire Brambley told Metro.UK.

Smith wrote on YouTube, "It was hard work not getting caught. I took numerous photos in case she asked to see them and I'd showed her which ones I wanted."

Smith started proposing her on July 31, 2014, he finally asked her about the on December 25, 2015.

"It was all a bit chaotic on Christmas Day morning with the kids playing so I took her away and set it all up on the laptop. I got down on one knee and gave her a bit of spiel, and then popped the question," he told Grimsby Telegraph.
