Chicken Tikka Recipes Achari Paneer Tikka recipe - https://goo.gl/mVQ3LC Tangri kebab recipe - https://goo.gl/GzemDU #ChickenTikkaRecipes #HariyaliChickenTikka #rawmangochickentikka Hariyali Chicken Tikka Ingredients Boneless Chicken - 300 gms Salt to taste Juice of 1/2 Lemon Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Chili powder - 1 tsp Coriander powder - 1 tsp Cumin powder - 1 tsp Garam Masala powder - 1/2 tsp Hung Curd - 3 tsp Ghee To Grind Garlic - 4 cloves Piece of Ginger Green chili - 2 nos Mint leaves - a handful Coriander leaves - a handful Water Method: To Grind: 1. In a mixer jar add garlic, ginger, green chilies, mint leaves, coriander leaves, little water and grind to a smooth paste. For Marination: 2. To the boneless chicken add salt, lemon juice, turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder and mix all the ingredients together. 3. Add ground paste to the chicken and mix it well. 4. [To make Hung Curd - In a strainer, place the Muslin cloth & add the Curd. Tie it & drain the excess water. Hung Curd is ready.] Add hung curd and mix it together. 5. Cling wrap and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours. To Grill: 6. Skewer the marinated chicken pieces and grill it for 8 minutes on each sides. 7. After 8 minutes, remove from the grill and brush it with ghee. 8. Turn it over and grill it for an another 8 minutes or until chicken is cooked. Add Yogurt/Curd, squeeze the Lemon & mix them well. 4. Let it be Marinate for about 3 hours, ideal is to marinate overnight. 5. Gently stick the marinated chicken pieces in to the skewers. 6. Use a casserole because the marinate will drip. 7. Keep it in an Microwave oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes, till chicken cooks. 8. Use a fork to remove the Chicken Tikka from the skewers. 9. Serve it with mint chutney. Raw Mango Chicken Tikka Ingredients Raw mango - 1 no Water Fresh cream - 1/4 cup First Marination Ginger - 1 no Garlic - 7 to 8 cloves Green chilies - 2 nos Salt Water Boneless chicken - 250 gms Second Marination Coriander leaves Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Kashmiri chili powder - 1 tsp Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp Cumin powder - 1 tsp Garam masala - 3/4 tsp Salt - 1/4 tsp Yogurt - 1/4 cup First marination: Ginger garlic green chilly 1. Take a piece of ginger, 7 to 8 cloves of garlic, 2 green chilies and little salt. Add a little water and grind them all together. 2. Take a bowl add 250 gms of boneless chicken, marinate paste and mix them together. 3. Close it and let the chicken marinate for 1 hour. Second marination: 1. Take a cup of coriander leaves. 2. Add these ingredients - 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp kashmiri chili powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 3/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 cup thick yogurt and grind them all together with coriander leaves. Mango paste: 1. Take one raw mango and peel off the skin. 2. Grate and grind the mango to a paste. 3. If required add 1 or 2 tsp of water to grind. Chicken: 1. After an hour, pour the 2nd marinate mixture to the chicken. 2. Add 1/4 cup of fresh cream. 3. Add raw mango paste and mix them all together. 4. Let the chicken marinate for 3 hours. Chicken tikka: 1. After 3 hours, skewer the chicken pieces. 2. Preheat the oven and grill the tikkas. (If there is no grill oven or microwave, try using tawa) Delicious raw mango chicken tikka goes well with mint chutney! Hariyali Chicken Tikka
Ingredients

Boneless Chicken - 300 gms
Salt to taste
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Chili powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Hung Curd - 3 tsp
Ghee

To Grind
Garlic - 4 cloves
Piece of Ginger
Green chili - 2 nos
Mint leaves - a handful
Coriander leaves - a handful
Water

Method:
To Grind:
1. In a mixer jar add garlic, ginger, green chilies, mint leaves, coriander leaves, little water and grind to a smooth paste.

Raw mango - 1 no
Water
Fresh cream - 1/4 cup

First Marination
Ginger - 1 no
Garlic - 7 to 8 cloves
Green chilies - 2 nos
Salt
Water
Boneless chicken - 250 gms

Second Marination
Coriander leaves
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri chili powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 3/4 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Yogurt - 1/4 cup

First marination: Ginger garlic green chilly
