Trisha Trolled For Ruining Sugar Baby Hookstep

Actress Trisha Krishnan has been making headlines for various reasons. Recently, she and Kamal Haasan drew attention due to their age difference in real life. They have been cast as a pair in Thug Life. Now, the versatile actress is being trolled for allegedly ruining choreographer Roshini Nair’s original hook step from the song Sugar Baby from the Mani Ratnam directorial.

Choreographer Roshini Nair has posted a video on Instagram showing Trisha rehearsing for Sugar Baby. Netizens criticized Trisha for not being able to pull off the signature dance move.

The song is composed by AR Rahman. The Thug Life album features many other songs, including a wedding song filmed on Kamal Haasan, Simbu and others.

Thug Life, produced by Raaj Kamal Films International, Madras Talkies, and Red Giant Movies, features a stellar cast including Abhirami, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Ashok Selvan, Joju George, Nassar, Ali Fazal, Pankaj Tripathi, Rohit Saraf, and Baburaj.

Thug Life is set for a grand theatrical release on June 5, 2025.
