Apple Premium Partner Store Comes to Hyderabad

In a significant move for Apple retail in Telangana, Aptronix has launched the state’s first Apple Premium Partner (APP) store at Hyderabad’s Inorbit Mall. This milestone marks a major step for the company, both in enhancing the customer experience and strengthening Apple’s retail presence in the region.
On the occasion, Deccan Chronicle spoke to Sutinder Singh, Founder of Aptronix, who shared insights on the company’s plans and the significance of this launch. “Hyderabad is a very premium market and we are present in Hyderabad since the beginning,” Singh said, explaining the decision to launch the first APP-format store in the city. “We have about 70 stores across the country. This store in Inorbit Mall is a 10-year-old store. With a new format coming in, we decided that Hyderabad is a good place to have. The next would be Sarat City Mall and Begumpet, where we will be changing the format to premium.”
Singh emphasized that this new retail experience, known as APP (Apple Premium Partner), is not limited to high-end malls but will be rolled out across multiple platforms. “It will be everywhere. Gradually, APP is the new way of working. That adds a lot of value and if you see the merchandise looks much better in this store. So, we are going to do that,” he said.

The store aims to set a benchmark in customer experience by offering more than just products. “This will definitely be a good experience store where the consumer will have access to all the premium accessories. Good products from Apple and with good attractive offers,” Singh said. “We are also offering a 12% discount on Apple products for three days, which is a very significant offer for the consumer.”
The store’s premium layout is also expected to meet the increasing demand for Apple products in the region. “So, definitely when you have a very premium product and a very premium store, it certainly adds a lot of value. So, the consumer would definitely want to experience this premium store and of course, a lot of similar formats will be available,” Singh explained.
In addition to product sales, Aptronix is also prioritising customer service at the new location. “This store will also have a service centre which caters to the consumer service requirement. So, that will also be addressed,” he said.
Community engagement is also on the cards. Singh noted, “We are doing a lot of marketing activities. Of course, consumer marketing efforts and support always live with us. Those go constant. And then there are these service centres also offering to probably have a look at your phone and all.”
Singh also highlighted the value of visiting authorised service centers like Aptronix. “Our service center is authorised by Apple. So, any person who goes to any store which is not authorised by Apple, if the phone is tampered, then Apple will not cover it under warranty or take it further for any service. It should be serviced by a qualified technician only, authorised by Apple.”
With its focus on premium retail design, superior customer experience, and certified service support, Aptronix’s new Apple Premium Partner store is set to reshape the Apple retail landscape in Telangana.
