Coolpad has launched the Note 5 smartphone for the Indian market. The smartphone comes with a metal unibody design and offers dual SIM functionality.
The smartphone sports a 5.5-inch full-HD display with 1080x1920 pixel resolution and 2.5D Curved Glass with a pixel density of 401ppi. It runs Cool UI 8.0, wrapped under Android 6.0 Marshmallow and is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 617 SoC, coupled with the Adreno 405 GPU and 4GB of RAM.
The device is equipped with a 13MP rear camera with dual LED flash, while there is an 8MP front facing camera with LED flash and beauty mode. It has 32GB of internal storage capacity, which is further expandable up to 64GB.
The smartphone also boasts a fingerprint sensor on the rear panel that claims to unlock the smartphone in just 0.5 seconds. The Coolpad Note 5 also comes with Dual Space storage that enables users to create two accounts on apps such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Messenger and others. The feature was first seen on Coolpad Max.
