TCL on September 28 launched Android run TCL 950 smartphone at a price of $495 (approximately Rs 33,000).
The smartphone features a 5.5-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels, powered by Snapdragon 820, 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage.
In terms of camera, TCL 950 sports a 21MP Sony IMX230 rear sensor with f/2.2 aperture, while the front camera sports an 8MP sensor. Packed with 3,000mAh battery, the smartphone also support Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 feature for fast charging ability. The smartphone is available in two colour variants—gold and silver colour.
According to speculations, the highly-anticipated Blackberry handset named BlackBerry DTEK60 will potentially be a rebranded TCL 950. However, the rumour hasn’t been confirmed yet by either TCL or BlackBerry brands.
