The Realme C1, which made its debut alongside the Realme 2 Pro at an event in Noida on September 27, is the latest entry-level smartphone from the newly developed brand Realme. The budget device offers a large notched display, dual rear camera setup, a massive battery and an AI-based face unlock feature.
The smartphone sports a glass panel on the rear. The handset features a 6.2-inch display with a 19:9 aspect ratio and an 88.8 per cent of screen-to-body ratio. The display also gets Corning Gorilla Glass 3 coating. At its core, the device is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 450 chipset clocked up to 1.8GHz, coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, which is expandable up to 256GB. It runs on ColorOS 5.1 custom skin based on Android 8.1 Oreo.
The device packs a 13MP+2MP dual rear camera setup and a 5MP front shooter backed by AI to enhance users photography experience. It is kept alive by a 4230mAh battery.
The handset will be available in two colour options, including Ocean Blue and Deep Black. The Realme C1 is priced at Rs 6,999 and this is just an introductory price for the Diwali festive season. It will be exclusively available via Flipkart and the first sale will start on October 11....
