The Nougat update will be made available to the Moto 4 and Moto G4 models in the fourth quarter of this year.
Android 7.0 Nougat
Lenovo has confirmed to roll out Google’s latest OS Android 7.0 Nougat to its Moto 4 and Moto G4 models within this year.
In a statement reported by Android Authority, a spokesperson from Lenovo revealed that the Nougat update will be available to both Moto 4 and Moto G4 families, including Moto Z, Moto Z Force, Moto 4 Play, Moto G4, and Moto G4 Plus. According to the spokesperson, the Nougat update will be made available to the listed models in the fourth quarter of this year.
Google released the seventh version of its Android operating system Nougat on August 22, 2016.

Unfortunately, Lenovo did not reveal its plans for other Moto handsets which may probably receive the update.
