Galaxy Note 9 to be made official on August 9, confirms Samsung
Samsung hasn’t been able to generate enough interest for its Galaxy S9/S9+ flagships this year, despite stuffing it with impressive tech. Therefore, several analysts around the world had predicted that Samsung could launch their Galaxy Note 9 to cover up for the S9’s unimpressive show earlier than before this year. And they were right — Samsung has already teased the announcement of the next Galaxy Note device on August 9.
In a short video teaser, Samsung is clearly hinting at an improved S Pen for this year’s model. The teaser shows most of the new S Pen in a new lime green/ yellowish colour, focusing on the input button at the end. While the Galaxy Note 8’s S Pen looks pretty similar to the one teased by Samsung or the new model, there could be a possibility that Samsung is housing certain tricks up its sleeves for this year’s Galaxy Note device which will primarily involve the S Pen.

Sadly, the teaser doesn’t show a glimpse of the upcoming Galaxy Note device. However, leaks on the Internet have suggested that the next Galaxy Note device, expected to be called the Galaxy Note 9, will be pretty similar to the existing Galaxy Note 8, albeit with a new chipset, a pair of better cameras and a slightly smaller footprint with slimmer bezels around the display.
