Samsung Galaxy S8 may arrive in March
Samsung recently discontinued the production of its Galaxy Note 7 smartphones post numerous reported battery issues. Several rumors have indicated that the company is already working on another smartphone, the Galaxy S8 and are planning on launching it early next year with the hopes of reviving their lost glory.
According to a report by Weibo, the smartphone may possibly sport a 5.5-inch 4k curved dual-edge display. Apart from that, the device is expected to run on either Exynos 8895 SoC or the Snapdragon 830 processor with 10nm process.
The Samsung Galaxy S8 is rumored to offer either 6GB or 8GB RAM. The report also mentions that the device might come with NFC or MST support for the company’s official app Samsung Pay.
The Samsung Galaxy S8 is expected to be announced on February 26 at the company’s event with the sales going down in March next year.
None of this information has been officially confirmed by Samsung as of yet.
