Meizu M3 with 3GB of RAM launched, priced at Rs 8,000
Mumbai: After recently launching the MX5e and M3 Note, Meizu has unveiled yet another phone, the M3.
The Meizu M3 features a 5-inch HD display, and it runs on Android 5.1 operating system with Meizu’s own Flame 5 skin layered on top of it. The smartphone is powered by a MediaTek MT6750 chipset, which houses a 1.5GHz quad-core Cortex A53 cluster and a 1GHz quad-core Cortex A53 cluster. The smartphone comes in two variants, one with 2GB of RAM and one with 3GB of RAM, the former comes with an internal storage of 16GB and the latter with 32GB. Both the variants have the facility to expand storage using a microSD card.
The M3 sports a 13MP primary camera and a 5MP front-facing snapper. The primary camera supports phase-detect auto focus feature.
On the connectivity front, the Meizu M3 features a dual-SIM option, 4G LTE support, Wi-fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, along with, Bluetooth v4.0 and GPS/A-GPS with GLONASS.
The Meizy M3 is currently only available in China and is prices at CNY 599 (Rs 6,200 approx) for the 2GB variant, and CNY 799 (Rs 8,200 approx) for the 3GB variant. The smartphone’s availability in India hasn’t been confirmed yet.
