Mumbai: After the release of the latest Apple software update, the iOS 9.3, a lot of users complained about issues that they were facing after upgrading their phones. It is to be noted that iOS 9.3 caused issues for users using the iPhone 5S and earlier, and the iPad Air and earlier.

Essentially, the new iOS upgrade asked for Apple ID and password login to complete the updating process. For users who could not remember their details, found their iOS devices hung in an inactive state until they reset or recovered their password.

To fix the issue, Apple has temporarily pulled back the upgrade. Soon, Apple will be releasing an updated version of iOS 9.3 that will combat the issue currently being faced by users of older iPhones and iPads.
