LEAKED: Apple's next iPhone will fit in the iPhone 5s case?
According to some renowned online sources, Apple is said to be working on a 4-inch iPhone and the company is presently testing it too. The information comes out of sources close to a top leakster OnLeaks, who recently tweeted stating that the 4-inch smartphones were being tested in Apple’s research center. Adding to that, he also released some drawings that managed to slip out of Apple.
OnLeaks also goes ahead to reveal a few names which could be a possible name for the device. The three names speculated are 5se, 7C and 6 mini, since the device’s design looks closer to the iPhone 6.

However, 9To5Mac has a different opinion. As for the drawings that were leaked, out, 9To5Mac says that the designs are similar to the iPhone 5S, with marginal changes to the edges. They even have some leaked information from a case maker who told them about the design schematics. The case maker even said that the new 4-incher iPhone will fit in to the existing iPhone 5s cases available in the market, which also spills the beans about the design being close to the 2013 iPhone 5s.
However, 9To5Mac also mentions that the drawings that are leaked out indicate that the power button has been relocated to the side, unlike that on the iPhone 5S.
Apple will unveil the next iPhone for 2016 on March 15, 2016.
