Nokia's upcoming smartphone tipped to have Zeiss lens, 2k display

The latest Android smartphone is expected to be unveiled at the MWC 2017 in Barcelona.

Nokia is expected to unveil a new Android smartphone at the MWC event in Barcelona. In fact, the company had even confirmed its comeback in a slide presented at the company’s Capital Markets Day 2016 event which states that 2017 will see ‘Nokia’s brand return to smartphones.’

Now according to a tipster based in China, the smartphone will feature either a 5.2-inch or 5.5-inch screen size along with 2K (QHD) display. Furthermore, the device is expected to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 SoC. Another one of the highlight features of the upcoming Nokia-branded Android smartphone is it’s speculated Zeiss lens for the primary camera.

Additionally, the metal unibody smartphone may also feature waterproof capabilities.

The smartphone will be unveiled at the MWC 2017 event that is expected to take place on February 27 in Barcelona.
