What is this Samsung Galaxy S10 Pro?
In a few short weeks, Samsung will debut its 2019 flagship handsets from the Galaxy S-series line-up and with it, we expect to get three new handsets — S10, S10E and S10+. The Galaxy S10E is expected to be the cheapest edition of the lot, while the S10 will sit between the S10E and S10+. If the latest information by SamsungNews on Twitter is anything to go by, it appears that Samsung will be re-branding the Plus version of its handsets as the Pro.
As per a related report by Softpedia, Samsung’s plans are not yet known and as of now, all this information is still in the rumour stage and nothing is set in stone. The Samsung Galaxy S10 Pro, when launched, will come in a ceramic version that will feature a metallic black finish. This variant is expected to be a special edition of the Samsung Galaxy S10 Pro and it is reported that it will be priced significantly higher as well.
The Samsung Galaxy S10 Pro will be priced at EUR 1,600 which is roughly Rs 1,29,500 while it could sell for USD 1,800 (Rs 1,28500) in the US.
The Samsung Galaxy S10 Pro is reported to have some insane specifications with reports claiming that it will come with as much as 12GB of RAM and up to 1TB of onboard storage when the top of the line configuration is ordered. The base version of the Samsung Galaxy S10 Pro is expected to cost EUR 1,200 which is about Rs 97,000 in India.
The base variant of the Galaxy S10 is expected to be priced at EUR 779 (about Rs 63,000) and it will be the most affordable option of the lot. The standard Galaxy S10’s price is expected to be starting at EUR 999 which is about Rs 80,900.
As of now, these rumours are merely based on hearsay and nothing concrete has been leaked so far. The Samsung Galaxy S10 will be officially announced at the Unpacked Event on February 20 and this is when all this and more will be known.
