MWC 2016: Lenovo launches Vibe K5 and K5 Plus
Lenovo has launched two new smartphones and have priced them at a very affordable range below Rs 10,000. However the devices are not confirmed to launch in India as yet. The two Lenovo smartphones will be launched only in select countries.
The K5 and K5 Plus from Lenovo are not much apart when it comes to hardware specifications. The K5 sports a Qualcomm Snapdragon 415 chipset while the K5 Plus will feature a Snapdragon 616 chipset. The rest of the specifications are almost identical except for the display panel. While the K5 Plus will sport a 5-incher full HD display panel, the K5 will see only a 720P display panel.
The two smartphones will see 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage and 13MP / 5 MP cameras each and both will be fuelled by a 2750mAh battery and powered by Android Lollipop 5.x The two dual SIM smartphones should be available for sale by March 2016.
The Lenovo K5 will be available in Platinum Silver, Champagne Gold and White, whereas the K5 Plus will not see a White colour.
