Future LG V30 smartphone to come without secondary display
LG recently launched their latest flagship LG V20 which is also the first smartphone to be shipped with Android 7.0 Nougat. While the availability of LG V20 is only limited to South Korea and US for the time being; there are reports that the company might consider expanding to other markets soon.
The company even confirmed earlier this week that they managed to make a sale of 200,000 V20 units in US. It may appear like LG is doing well with their latest addition, some LG V20 owners have complained that the secondary V20 display hardly adds to the functionality. That is probably the reason why the company may ditch the secondary display feature in its future V series smartphone.
According to a well-known leaked, Evan Blass, LG is considering ditching the V series’ second screen. The LG V30, which is expected to be unveiled some time next year in fall, will come without a secondary display. Let’s wait and see if the speculations are true.
