Store offers free iPhone 7 if you change your name to Sim iPhone'
Apple announced its latest iPhone 7 flagship back in September and reports suggest the sale of these devices have already been attracting a very strong consumer response.
In fact South Korean Telecommunications company SK Telecom even claimed to have received 20,000 iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus purchase orders just minutes after the device’s release for sale.
A similar scenario is being witnessed in Ukraine.
The growing demand for iPhone 7 has led to a local retailer Allo starting a campaign wherein the latter is giving away 5 black iPhone 7 units to people who change their names to ‘Sim iPhone,’ which translates to iPhone Seven in English.
Interested participants are required to change their name and send a selfie with their passport to prove that the name has indeed been changed.
The lucky ones will qualify for the giveaway and will be called to the Allo store along with their passports. Only the first 5 contestants are eligible for the giveaway.
