InFocus unveils Epic 1 with deca-core SoC at Rs 12,999
US based smartphone maker InFocus has launched a new series of smartphone dubbed as Epic with the launch of Epic 1 for the Indian market. The device will be selling at a price of Rs 12,999 and will be available exclusively through the e-commerce website Amazon.
As for the specification, the smartphone comes with a 5.5-inch full HD on-cell display with 1080 x 1920 pixel resolution. It is powered by a 1.2GHz MediaTek MT6797M deca-core processor paired with Mali T720 MP2 GPU and 3GB of RAM.
The smartphone offers USB Type-C port with support for fast charging and 32GB of internal which is expandable using a microSD card. The device also offers a fingerprint sensor for added security.
It is equipped with a 16MP rear camera with OIS, PDAF, and object tracking technology, while there is an 8MP front facing camera onboard for selfies. On the connectivity front it offers 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and a USB Type-C port. Lastly, it is fuelled by a 3000mAh battery that claims to offer up to 10 hours of talktime and 500 hours of standby time
