LeEco has officially launched two new smartphones, the Le Pro 3 and the Le S3. The company aims to grab more market share in the smartphone segment, going against the native technology vendor Xiaomi.
Talking of the specifications, the Le Pro 3 sports a 5.5-inch display with 1080P resolution. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 SoC paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage.
It is equipped with a 16MP rear camera with f2.0 aperture, phase detection autofocus and a dual tone LED flash. For selfies, the company offers an 8MP front facing shooter. The device runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. It also features a fingerprint sensor for added security with a USB Type-C port and is backed by a 4070mAh battery.
The Le Pro 3 will be selling for $399 unlocked, with an additional $100 rebate available if users sign up for company’s LeRewards scheme.
leEco also unveiled the Le S3 alongside the Le Pro 3. The smartphone features a 5.5-inch 1080P display and is powered by a Snapdragon 625 processor with 3GB of RAM. It has 32GB of internal storage and boasts same camera modules as the Le Pro 3. It is fuelled by a 3000mAh battery and will be selling at a price of $249 and also qualifies for company’s LeRewards scheme.
LeEco will use the flash sale strategy to sell these smartphones in the US. The first flash sale for the Le Pro 3 and Le S3 will take place on November 2 starting at 10 AM PT.
