Vivo Y83 Pro reportedly launched in India
Vivo Y83 Pro has reportedly been launched in India. The smartphone seems to be an upgrade to the Vivo Y83 that was launched in India earlier this year, following a China launch.
The handset runs Funtouch OS 4.0 on top of Android 8.1 Oreo out-of-the-box and is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 chipset, coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, which is further expandable via microSD card. The device features a 6.22-inch HD+ IPS notched display with a 19:9 aspect ratio.
In terms of optics, there is a dual rear camera setup, comprising of a 13MP primary sensor and a 2MP secondary sensor. On the front, the device features an 8MP selfie camera. Additionally, it also comes with an AI Face beauty feature. The Y83 Pro draws its power from a 3260mAh battery under the hood. The new smartphone is reportedly priced at Rs 15,990.
