The selfie-centric Gionee A1 has launched a few months ago with a 16MP front camera along with front flash and a massive 4010mAh battery with fast charging. The smartphone runs Android 7.0 Nougat on a 2.0GHz Helio P10 octa-core processor along with 4GB RAM and 64GB of onboard storage. The smartphone sports a 5.5-inch IPS LCD full-HD display with Gorilla Glass protection.
In order to capture attention in the smartphone market, Gionee has launched a Virat Kohli Signature Edition of the A1 in India at Rs 19,999. The phone carries over the specifications from the standard edition albeit with a signature of Virat Kohli on the rear panel. The device will be exclusively available on Amazon.in.
To make it special for cricket fans, Gionee is bundling a pair of Sennheiser headphones with the A1 for customers pre-booking it on the e-commerce website. Vodafone customers can also avail a special offer of 45GB free data for five months.
