Leaked renders reveal Xiaomi's new Mi 7 bezel-less display
Xiaomi had started their unique bezel-less smartphone journey with Mi Mix in 2016. Since the launch of that uniquely designed smartphone, many tech giants have been opting for the narrow-bezel display on their flagships lately. The company developed this similar design aesthetic to the next iteration, Mi Mix 2, which has been the most popular phone from Xiaomi to date. Xiaomi’s upcoming premium flagship the Mi 7 have surfaced on the web, and the design pretty much looks like a refreshed (flipped) Mi Mix 2. Mi’s unique bottom bezel has been chunked and flipped to the top for this new Mi 7.
According to the renders, the phone features an almost no-bezel display in the front and sports dual cameras in the back similar to their Mi 6. A fingerprint reader is placed at the rear, which is a standard feature of many flagships already. Despite leaked renders not revealing much about the specifications, we can expect the all-new Snapdragon 845 chipset and new colour options.
The phone is rumoured to be unveiled at MWC this year.
