Check out Xiaomi Mi 6X /Mi A2 in an official promo video: All you need to know
Xiaomi seems to be all set to launch its latest Mi 6X in China on April 25. Ahead of the launch, the successor of the Xiaomi Mi 5X has already popped up on TENAA with loads of specifications and the range of colours the phone may be made available. The forthcoming smartphone is all over the internet and now a new video surfaced on the web, giving a glimpse of the Mi 6X.
The 19 seconds video suggests that the Mi 6X aka Mi A2 could come with a unibody metal design with a vertically placed dual-camera setup on the top left corner and the rear fingerprint scanner aligned to the centre in the top half of the handset. Moreover, the device could come in four colour variants — Black, Red, Gold, and Blue colour. It appears that Mi 6X will borrow the Redmi Note 5’s rear camera design. The Redmi Note 5 Pro is sold as the Redmi Note 5 in the Chinese market.
As for the specifications, the Mi 6X could sport a 5.99-inch display with a resolution of 2160 x 1080pixels along with an 18:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, the smartphone is expected to be powered by a Snapdragon 660 SoC clocked at 2.2GHz. The Mi A2 should run the latest Android 8.1 Oreo as part of Google’s Android One program.
The Mi 6X could pack 20MP+8MP dual rear camera setup. The front camera, on the other hand, could sport a 20MP shooter with a f/1.8 aperture. There will be a 4GB RAM/32GB version, a 6GB RAM/64GB variant, and a 6GB RAM/128GB model. Additionally, the device might offer some Artificial Intelligence (AI) features.
