Xiaomi may launch Mi Note 2 on October 25

Xiaomi is expected to launch Mi Note 2 on October 25 at an event in China at the Perking University Gymnasium.

The Mi Note successor is rumoured to sport a dual-camera setup. The device is also rumoured to be powered by a Snapdragon 821 processor coupled with 6GB RAM. The display size is expected to be 5.5 or 5.7 inches with 1440 x 2560 pixel resolution, and a 4000mAh battery with fast charging capabilities.

The Mi Note 2 model sporting 4GB of RAM with 32GB of storage is expected to be available at a price of 2499 Yuan (approximately Rs 25,000), the 6GB RAM with 64GB standard variant at 2999 Yuan (approximately Rs 30,000) and the 6GB RAM with 128GB curved panel variant at 3499 Yuan (approximately Rs 35,000).

However, Xiaomi hasn’t confirmed any of the rumours about the Mi Note sequel. More information will be revealed closer to the launch.
