Apple will be celebrating its 10-year anniversary with next year's launch.

It has been over a month since Apple launched its latest flagship smartphones – the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus. A recent report suggested that the latest smartphone has become the best selling device in US within a month’s time.

Meanwhile, there are already speculations being made regarding the company’s future device. With next year’s launch, Apple will be celebrating its tenth-year anniversary and in order to make this occasion special, the company is expected to make some major changes.

Latest report from Barclays’ analysts Blayne Curtis and Christopher Hemmelgarn suggests that the supposed iPhone 8 will feature a bezel-less design with curved edges on all sides. The analysts claim that the iPhone 8 models will come in the same sizes and that the displays of the smartphone will increase to 5 and 5.9-inches, thanks to the bezel-less design technology.

The analysts further stressed on Apple’s shift to OLED display panels which are said to be more battery-efficient and offer a better colour accuracy. The OLED display panels are also reported to allow the iPhone 8 screen to bend at the edges thereby, introducing an all-new, curved-edge design on the sides of the future iPhone.

The analysts further suggested that Apple’s 3D Touch will witness a new ‘film-based solution.’

There have been numerous leaks regarding the iPhone 8 in the past. One of them even pointed towards how the iPhone 8 will come with an advanced wireless charging technology that will allow users to charge their devices even from 15ft of distance.
