First image of Razer Phone 2 leaked online
Over the last few weeks, we have been hearing a fair deal about the upcoming Razer Phone 2. The last we heard about this handset was that it would come with 512GB of onboard storage after it was spotted on popular benchmarking software AnTuTu. Now, as per a leak by AndroidHeadlines, we get to see the first image of this upcoming phone.
As per the report, the biggest takeaway here is that both generations look almost identical. The report states, “Razer does not seem intent on changing the design in any meaningful way – at least when it comes to the front of the device as there are no details regarding the back to make any firm suggestions that the entire design remains unchanged.”
With these phones placed side by side, we notice some subtle differences. The bezels on the Razer Phone 2 appear to be slightly thicker in comparison to the first-generation Razer Phone. Also, the alignment of the front cameras has changed a bit.
As far as other features go, the Razer Phone 2 is believed to feature Chroma LED effects which would allow notifications to look colourful. The handset will be powered by a Snapdragon 845 processor that’s coupled with 8GB of RAM and will have storage up to 512GB. The handset is expected to be launched on October 10.
