Samsung Galaxy S10 launch date revealed

Alongside the detail about the S10, the launch date of Samsung's Galaxy X has also been leaked.

This year in August we will see the debut of the Galaxy Note 9, a hotly anticipated smartphone from Samsung. However, there has been a lot of leaks and rumours surrounding Samsung’s 2019 flagship handset, the Galaxy S10.

The latest bit of information comes via GSMArena and from a Twitter post by Ice Universe, we can gather that the 2019 flagship will make its debut at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona which will take place at the end of February. As per the report, the design of the Galaxy S10 is supposedly finalised and the larger S10+ is expected to come equipped with a triple rear camera system, an under display fingerprint sensor and facial recognition.

Ice Universe has also revealed that the Galaxy X will be unveiled at CES 2019 and the trade show will officially kick off on January 8. The report goes on to state that the Samsung Galaxy X is the brand’s mythical phone that will come with a foldable display. Its screen is said to go from 4.5-inches to 7.3-inches when unfolded. There are rumours that indicate that even the battery will foldable and as of now there are no specifics regarding battery capacity but it should be between 3000mAh to 6000mAh.
