Samsung has launched a new budget smartphone, the Galaxy J3 Pro, in India. The J3 Pro is a new entrant to the J-series and is exclusively being sold on Paytm Mall for a price of Rs 8,490. Available in three colours Gold, Black and White, the smartphone will start shipping from April 6.
The Samsung Galaxy J3 Pro sports a 5-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. It is powered by a 1.5GHz quad core Spreadtrum processor with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of expandable internal storage. The cameras on the J3 Pro feature an 8MP sensor for the rear and a 5MP sensor on the front. Fuelled with a 2600mAh battery and running on Android Lollipop, the J3 Pro is an ideal starter smartphone for those looking for a switch from a feature phone to a smartphone. Additional hardware features include Wi-Fi n, Bluetooth v4.0, GPS and Glonass.
The dual SIM Samsung Galaxy J3 Pro is a Made for India phone and features Ultra Data Saving modes that can help consumers save up to 50 per cent of data costs, Additional features include the previously introduced S-Bike mode.
