Samsung has launched a high-end dual-display flip phone in China named Leader 8 or Leadership 8, when translated from Chinese.
The phone features two 4.2-inch screens, on both front and inner side of the device. The phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 SoC, coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage expandable via a microSD card up to 256GB.
The phone features a 12MP rear sensor with an f/1.7 aperture and a 5MP front sensor with an f/1.9 aperture, and is packed with a 2300mAh battery. According to reports, the device will operate on Google’s Android OS. Additionally, services including Samsung Pay, S Voice and Secular Folder are available on the device.
Samsung has not given any details over the availability of the device outside China, or its cost.
