Panasonic launches Eluga Ray 550 with 18:9 display
Panasonic has unveiled its first Big View Display smartphone – Eluga Ray 550 in India. It features a 5.7-inch HD+ IPS display with an 18:9 aspect ratio and 2.5D curved glass.
The Eluga Ray comes with a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera setup. Both the cameras feature LED flash. It is equipped with a MediaTek MTK6737H chipset with a 1.3GHz quad core processor. It boasts 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage (expandable up to 128GB). It is fuelled by a 3250mAh battery. It comes with Android 7.0 Nougat out-of-the-box.
Eluga Ray 550 is also equipped with Arbo, a virtual assistant that uses AI to track and learn your daily activity patterns, prompting you to do things as per your timings thereby. Additionally, the smart device is equipped with features such as smart lock, trusted voice and fingerprint sensor for authentication.
For connectivity, the device has a dual SIM (Non-Hybrid) 4G - LTE configuration, direct Wi-Fi and supports Bluetooth 4.2. It comes with a standard micro USB port and has built-in FM Radio. The Eluga Ray 550 phone is available in 3 colour variants – Black, Blue and Gold colours and comes with a price tag of Rs 8,999.
