Recent rumors claimed that the future Galaxy S8 would come equipped with a dual rear camera setup – much like the one in Apple’s iPhone 7 Plus.
According to the information provided on Weibo, the Galaxy S8 handset is expected to release next year and shall come with dual lens.
Adding fuel to these rumors is the recent patent application filed by Samsung that suggests that the S8 may come with an iPhone-like optical zoom camera.
The patent was filed on September 13th and was spotted first by Galaxy Club.

Additionally, the device would also include an enhanced way of zooming in and out with one finger while the user is shooting as opposed to the two-finger pinch-to-zoom technique.
