Moto E5 Plus is ready to be launched in India which will be a new offering in the budget smartphone segment from the Lenovo-owned brand. The model was unveiled in Brazil in April where the company told that the Moto G6 and Moto E5 are on the cards. While the former is already at our shores, the latter will be officially launched in India on July 10.
As the Plus moniker conveys, the Moto E5 Plus will boast of a huge screen, 6-inch to be precise. Also, it will be powered by a 5000mAh battery, as revealed by a teaser video rolled out by Motorola. The battery is quick charging unit which gets juiced up by 15W TurboPower Charger.
The display unit is an IPS LCD type sporting an 18:9 aspect ratio. While the phone utilises Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 SoC, it offers Android 8.0 Oreo operating system while unboxing. The 3GB/32GB storage device gives you a memory expansion provision of maximum 256GB. For shooting pictures, the Moto E5 Plus gets equipped with a 12MP rear camera with LED, PDAF and auto focus features while the front the front camera is an 8MP lens with selfie light.
As far as the pricing is concerned, the Moto E5 Plus was presented with the price tag of EUR 169 (approximately Rs. 13,500) but considering it lies in the budget smartphone category, the pricing should be somewhere between Rs 8000 to 10,000.
