To make a comeback effort, Micromax’s online-only subsidiary Yu Mobiles has unveiled its latest budget challenger, called the Yu Yureka Black. With new age specifications and a modern build, the Yureka Black is supposed to bring Yu to the forefront of the smartphone market.
The Yureka Black is built around the Snapdragon 430 processor along with 4GB of RAM. The handset gets 32GB of internal storage and an expandable storage up to 64GB. The display is a 5-inch full-HD IPS LCD unit with 2.5D Gorilla Glass 3 on top. There’s a 13MP camera sensor at the back with dual-LED flash and an 8MP camera in the front with flash. The fingerprint sensor is on the rear panel made of metal.
The phone runs on Android Marshmallow and supports 4G VoLTE connections. The phone will be priced at Rs 8,999 and will be available exclusively on Flipkart. It will directly compete with Xiaomi’s Redmi 4, Samsung Galaxy J2 and Coolpad Note 3 Lite. The phone will be available in Chrome Black and Matte Black variants.
