Sony has believed that they are in a strong position in the electronic devices space. However, when it comes to the PSVR, there have been a few hitches and issues as several users have been complaining about the performance of the device in certain situations since it hit the market.
As of now, Sony has been relatively silent about those complaints. Earlier this week, they have finally admitted that there are some problems, including the issue about the image drift. The company said, in a new trouble shooting article that it believes using wired controllers is the problem.
Sony has stated players should play their games wirelessly and it went so far as to say how far away from the console and the PSVR device they should be when they are playing those games.
