Adult website offers free virtual reality porn, VR headsets too
What a way to promote porn—free pornography website Pornhub is actually offering their VR content for free. And not only the content, the website is also offering free VR headsets to the first 10,000 visitors. Well, don’t get all excited, as you may have already lost that chance to get a VR headset for yourself since the offer is only to the first 10,000 visitors and Pornhub, the porn website actually gains traction with over 60 million views each day.
In order to get their viewers all excited with the new virtual reality pornographic content, adult entertainment website Pornhub is giving away a whopping 10,000 VR headsets to the first 10,000 visitors.
CNET reported that Pornhub has partnered with BaDoinkVR, an adult movie maker, to bring a first free website that will offer 360-degree porn to its viewers. The vice president of Pornhub also promised its visitors a guaranteed orgasm stating ‘Users' wildest fantasies will come alive as they slip into a world of heightened titillation,’ in a press release.

VR pornography will give more momentum to the widespread VR technology where Samsung, HTC, Sony, Oculus and other such tech companies have outed the same but are lacking in VR content. Till date, there is nothing much that people can do with the VR headsets, claims CNET.
It will be some time till VR games and movies take off and present VR content is far too expensive and the videos are short too.
Pornhub hopes to change the way Americans enjoy adult entertainment, which is practically known as an American pastime. CNET also reported that a study by a university in Texas has found that almost 46 per cent of men and 16 per cent of women between the age of 18 and 36 watch and enjoy porn each week.
As for now, the website offers just 27 VR porn videos, which gives viewers a 360-degree view of the action.
