Social media platform Facebook’s servers went down for about half an hour on Saturday evening. Users were unable to login to their accounts while some faced issues with sharing pictures or other posting statuses. Instagram also faced the same issue with its we version.
Facebook also posted a message for its users which was first picked up by a UK website Express. The message reads "Facebook Will Be Back Soon. Thanks for your patience as we improve the site."
This isn’t the first time Facebook has faced such issue, the social media platform was hit by an outage last week crippling access to personal profiles and pages.
