Canon unveils EOS 5D Mark IV with 4K recording at Rs 2,54,995

Canon has officially launched its EOS 5D Mark IV camera for the Indian market. The highlight of the camera is its 4K video recording capability, making it the first camera in the 5D series to sport the feature.

The EOS 5D Mark IV features an all new 30.4MP full frame image sensor and comes with standard ISO setting of 100-32000, which is expandable to ISO 50-102,400. The camera can now shoot with 7fps continuous shooting speed.

The EOS 5D Mark IV now offers a dual pixel image sensor that captures light individually, resulting in better images. The camera now supports 4K recording at 30fps and supports image extract from the high-resolution video.

It is powered by a Digic 6+ image processor that offers enhanced noise isolation and low-light shooting algorithm. The camera packs the old 3.2-inch touchscreen but with increased resolution at 1.62 million dots.

The Canon EOS 5D Mark IV includes connectivity features like WiFi and NFC. It will be selling at Rs 2,54,995 and will be available from September 8.

The company is also bringing a kit lens EF 24-105mm f/4L IS that offers improved optical performance and durability. The camera will cost Rs 3,24,955 with the kit lens.
