How it works?
Zeta activates the Trusted Contacts security to verify and authenticate the user’s ID in case the user loses his phone. Zeta sends each of the user’s 3 chosen contacts, a unique OTP that the former can use as a form of key. Once authenticated, the user can access his/her Zeta account once again. The feature comes in addition to the bank – grade security offered by Zeta for its app, thereby safeguarding it in the most secure manner.
This security feature is important in this day and age as technology has its own set of pros and cons.
