Skype introduces group video call, to be available on Android, iOS
An individual can now add up to 25 people to participate simultaneously in a video call.
New Delhi: American technology giant Microsoft rolled out the promised service of Skype 'group video call' in iOS and Android on February 20.
The software giant started enabling the option on Skype accounts in Europe and the US on Saturday.
The company expects to complete the roll out over the next week, although the feature would be available worldwide in March only, the Verge reported.
An individual can now add up to 25 people to participate simultaneously in a video call, with the person making the call displayed prominently in the centre.
