Gurgoan-based AI startup Staqu recently launched their AI app Fashin that allows users to discover fashion via YouTube music videos.
Users can get access to information about the latest fashion trends in Bollywood and even get different options as to where the exact or the same outfit is available and comparison of prices.
The app also consists of a feature called Snap & Buy. Through this, users will be able to take a picture of their favourite outfit after which the app’s search engine will browse through the options available online and return the same and similar options.
The app also allows users to search for different styles of the same colour and pattern, via its smart filtering tags.
Staqu is also looking towards licensing its technology as part of its VGrep Suite of products, catered specifically for its B2B partners, similar to what Amazon and Google did with their AWS and Gmail arms, respectively.
The app is available for download on both Android and iOS devices.
