Google Hire was launched last year and, as claimed by the company, the engine reduces operations time of scheduling job interviews by 84 percent for the recruiting managers. With the inclusion of AI in the system, things have now come down to being as easy as a few clicks.

Working concertedly with G Suite apps, Hire assists employers in scheduling candidate interviews by helping them finalize the suitable interviewer, time of the interview and available rooms within the premises. While all of this was needed to be selected manually earlier, now, the tool suggests all the necessary elements itself and the user has to just select the appropriate options. Hire also notifies in case an interviewer cannot conduct the interview on allocated time and provides suggestions for alternative people available.

Yet another feature induced to lower down the hassle of recruiters is automatically highlighting the keywords related to required skills possessed by the candidate which had to be searched manually. This should help in saving time in reviewing resumes and filtering candidates. Hire now also minimizes the task of keeping the record of candidates who have been called up. The click-to-call feature now connects the recruiters to candidates via phone call and maintains the call log for helping the team members to be aware of candidates been called.
