Niantic has confirmed to launch the Pokemon Go game on Apple Watch, however, the company still hasn’t revealed an actual date for its release.
Alongside the launch of Apple’s iPhone 7, Niantic and Apple announced to launch the popular game to Apple Watch before the end of the year. However, no further statement was officially made by any of the companies regarding the launch until yesterday, “Pokemon Go for Apple Watch is coming soon. Stay tuned,” tweeted the official Pokemon Go Twitter handle run by the game developers Niantic.
Besides this, back in September, Niantic itself released its own wearable for Pokemon Go, named Pokemon Go Plus. The wearable let users connect to their smartphones via Bluetooth and help them located of nearby players and Pokemon to catch by flashing a built-in LED light.
