WhatsApp rolls out updates for its users across all platforms, now the company has rolled out a Cloud backup feature for its Windows Phone app. The feature is already available on iOS and Android.
The OneDrive cloud backup support is currently available in the latest beta version. WhatsApp will soon be rolling out the update for all the Windows Phone users soon.
WhatsApp now comes with different cloud support for each operating system, iCloud for iOS users, OneDrive for Windows users and Google Drive for Android users. However, this makes it troublesome if a user wants to migrate between platforms.
There are third-party apps available that can help users migrate from platform to platform, but a direct implementation that would make such a transition easier would make it easy for WhatsApp users.
