LG announces 2 new portable projectors
LG has announced the launch of two new portable projectors, which are easy to setup without audio, video cables. Both models of the Minibeam line up will be showcased at IFA 2016 and will be available for purchase soon after.
The PH450U is touted as one of the brightest battery-powered, short-throw projectors at 450 lumens. It only needs 13 inches of distance to put up an 80-inch screen, and can actually be set up sideways to project an image on any horizontal.
LG believes, users will be able to get about two and a half hours of screen time out of the internal battery. The PH450G will retail for $649.99 when it goes on sale in September.
The second projector, PH150G will be selling at $349.99. It also has the same two and a half hour battery life as its sibling. Both projectors offer wireless streaming from a smartphone or tablet, and also has the ability to stream audio out to Bluetooth headphones, portable speakers or home audio setup.
