Apple sets date for WWDC 2017 to unveil future products

The annual meeting of the firm will commence on June 5 and will run for four days at the McEnery Convention Center in San Jose.

Apple has announced dates for this year’s Worldwide Developers Conference to unveil some future products, including update to iOS, macOS.

The annual meeting of the firm will commence on June 5 and will run for four days at the McEnery Convention Center in San Jose, California.

As being a developer-focused event, the first day is when Apple will introduce its software. The rest of the days are when the company will hold sessions for developers to learn the new software.

At the event, Apple is expected to unveil iOS 11, a new version of Mac OS, along with new software for Apple Watch and TV.

Apple is selling the tickets for the event through a lottery this year, however, interested can register for tickets starting March 27. In addition, Apple is said live-stream parts of the conference through its website and WWDC apps.
